Individual Support Meetings | $25 Each
Not quite ready to join the group? Perhaps starting the book club with one other person is more comfortable for you. If you’re seeking something more personal and private to add to your healing journey, we offer 60-minute private one-on-one meetings with the group facilitator - PhD student, and experienced partner. These meetings provide an opportunity to work through readings, reflect on key themes, and connect them to your experiences in a more private setting with one other person.
Together, we’ll:
• Explore evidence-based reading materials (book club content) in a private setting.
• Move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
• Conduct regular check-ins where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
Your one-on-one meetings will always be with the same person - this way you will have consistent, familiar support.
Please note: These guided book club meetings are not a substitute for therapy or counseling. Seeking help from a licensed mental health professional is strongly recommended as part of the healing process. Additionally, connecting with others in a group setting can offer invaluable support and shared understanding.
